#1 getting error while trying to install libarc

Hello,

I want to use libarc to extract my arc files from my ubuntu 11.04 system...I downloaded the folder from SourceForge and when i tried to execute if by using command "make" as said in the install file....i got an error and because of this i am not able to proceed further in to the work..I am copying here the lines where i got the error , i would be very grateful if someone can help me install libarc in to my system
