[Libaps-general] Patch for builddir != sourcedir

Hiya, 

attached is a patch for compiling libaps with builddir != sourcedir.

Would it be somehow possible to install libaps without installing to /etc? 
Currently libaps is the only part of KDE for which you need to be root to 
install it.
