#1 Voodoo 3000 DVD hardware decoder

I have a Voodoo 3000 AGP graphics card which functions
with the fedora core drivers. I believe I've enabled glide
support but I'm unsure of this. I would like to play DVDs
but since I only have a PII 233 the mother board CPU is
maxed out and frames dropping makes films
unwatchable. My graphics card is advertised as having
a DVD decoder which should make the video smoother. I
would like to ask how I can enable the hardware decoder
and if support is unavailable I would like to request this
feature be included in the driver's development.
