Sorry but im starting a C++ book and dont look throught code for now,
Also don't understand very well :(

The goal in our mind is translate the hacked version of powerstroke used
to make fillet-chamfer LPE to a more robust class inside 2Geom. This
class is a idea of Nathan, done in his code review of fillet-chamfer,
and is something similar, using his words, a class to handle "sidecar
data" to nodes/points.
