Hi Russell, thank you so much for your quick response and help. I am confirming that the latest version LGL.1.D3 worked. I am providing further version information for reference: Ubuntu 10.04 with the latest gcc (from apt), tested on the 2005 opte lgl dataset. I was able to build coordinates and view the result with oracle java 8.
