#9 LGC-PG error with reinforcements

LGC-PG seems to write reinforcements with a transport
in an incorrect format to the converted scenario file.
It seems that lgc-pg either adds or does not strip the
; character from the file from the reinforcemtns editor.

I have located the error to likely be caused by a
missing str-> int conversion in the scenario conversio
routine, when handling reinforcements. In version 1.2
beta 2 this is around line 800 in scenarios.c for lgc-pg.
