#35 Config reading failure with CR/LF

With the windows port the config file (lgeneral.conf) is saved with CR/LF, but the parser does not handle this "new-line" characters.
Therefore the following error is raised, when the default config is read:
./lgeneral.conf: 29: parse error: use '╗' for assignment or '<' for section
