#34 Calculation of expected losses may be nondeterministic

The attached savegame is an instance of the Gazala scenario from the "Scenario Pack 2011-08-15".

To reproduce the problem, load the savegame and select the tank on (13,3). Then move the mouse cursor over the artillery unit at (12,4). Keep on moving the mouse cursor over the artillery unit. You should see the expected losses to switch between 0 - 1 and 0 - 3.
