#33 Surprise contact can yield negative amount of remaining ammunition.

In the attached savegame, there is a T-Boat at 42,5. It has no ammunition left.

Now, move it to 45,9. It will surprise encounter an enemy transport at 44,9 and attack it. The transport will likely take serious damage and the remaining ammunition of the T-Boat will be decremented to -1.
