#56 Can't warp with limit 0 when more blocks created than destrd

Cannot warp with limit set to 0 when more blocks created than destroyed

Forwarded Debian Bug

If you set the "warp limit" to 0, you will still be unable to warp if
you have created more blocks with the current ball than you have
destroyed (e.g. if you have hit a lot of the "creates up to 8 bricks on
destruction" blocks), since in effect you will have destroyed less than
0 percent of the blocks.

I suppose a case could be made that this is the correct behavior, but
it's inconsistent with the documentation for the option, and breaks POLA
for most players (or so I would imagine ;)

Fixed by [12]. In regards to warp limit grown bricks are neutral now. The limit is computed taking into consideration only the initially present bricks and of these the required number has to be destroyed. Grown bricks will neither increase this number nor help in hitting the limit earlier.
