System requirements

lfsd requires a PHP web server and MySQL. The recommended web
server is Apache, but IIS 5 and above have been reported to work also.

lfsd is not PHP4 compatible.

Recommended configuration:

PHP 5.1 or greater

MySQL 5.0 or greater

Apache 2.0 or greater

Subdomain ex. http://lfsd.mysite.com

If you do not have these installed on a server or your personal computer,

you can visit the sites below to learn more about how to download and install

them. They are all licensed under various compatible Open Source licenses.

Installation

1. Make sure your server meets the requirements.
2. Unpack and upload the files to your web server.
3. Open ia/config.xml file and update fields with:
   • your ip host
   • your database username
   • your database password
   • your database name
   • the domain's document root
4. make writable the directory /public (chmod 775)
5. upload the database
6. Add password for superadmin user in y_users table (You can use this account, if you want: info@email.it with password esorciccio); IMP. password must be encripted by MD5
7. Configure mailbox parameters
8. Add cron job to activate the open ticket from email
