I have ICS PPL that says 954108CFLF on it. Unfortunately I could not find the datasheet for this specific chip, but I have found datasheet for 954101 which may be close enough... http://www.idt.com/document/dst/954101-datasheet

CPUFSB does have this chip listed as supported if that helps :P

No, 954101 is not the same. I added ics954119, try it. Build from git. Your help needed to check the driver.
