Purify gives a false positive from epoll: when epoll_wait returns n>0, purify should consider the first n elements of its events field to have been set. Apparently, it doesn't.

To fix this, let's add a -DPURIFY compile option, and have it mean "suppress false positives from purify."

This would fit in nicely with the transition from mm_realloc() to EVUTIL_SAFE_REALLOC() contemplated in my safer-realloc branch.
