   * include/letocl.h
   * source/client/letocl.c
     * LetoPing() function added.
     * Setting of connection error s_iError = 1000 moved from 
leto_SendRecv() to
       leto_DataSendRecv() to make it possible to use leto_FError() from 
file functions.
   * source/client/letomgmn.c
     * Leto_Ping() functionn added - it checks the current connection state:
       returns .T. if it is Ok.
