    * added REQUEST for a few functions
  * source/server/letofunc.c
  * source/client/leto1.c
    + added support for DBI_TRIGGER. Trigger function must be exist
      at the server
    * USHORT uiRecsInTrans changed to ULONG ulRecsInTrans. Protocol for
      "ta" command has been changed
