     * New function added: leto_SetFastAppend(), it sets the append 
mode, which existed
       before 2009-10-18 13:30 UTC+0300 Pavel Tsarenko.
       If the fast append is set ( by default, it isn't ), the APPEND 
operation is evaluated
       on the server not immedeately, but together with following 
REPLACE operations.
