   * include/rddleto.h
     + ULONG ulDeciSec has been added to LETOAREAP
     +  #define BUFF_REFRESH_TIME   100
   * source/client/leto1.c
     * The time when records buffer is got from the server, is kept in
       pArea->ulDeciSec and if the time since this occurence exceeds the
       BUFF_REFRESH_TIME, the budder is refreshed.
