    + added filter set into leto_Seek() function

    + added leto_SetUserEnv() call into hs_createindex()

  Pavel, I have a doubt about the SET_EXACT setting. Usually it is set 
multiply times in different places where it's needed, so, IMO, it has a 
sense to pass it together with other flags, such as SET DELETED, in 
every command where it has an effect.
