#8 U-151 Display Info on Gallery Items

U-151 Add some sort of ability to include information
about items in the Gallery. This would be especially
useful for gallery categories filled with items from famous
artists, etc.

Ideas for where to put the info:
Encode information in SVG files as comments
which can be read by the Builder.

In each "special" category include a text 
document that the Builder does not display in
the Gallery but still reads.

In "special" categories include information as a
graphic itself \(e.g., an SVG or JPG that explains
what's in the Gallery\)

As a tool tip
From a right-click menu
