#19 Tooltips for Menu entries

Out Menu Entries have no tooltips, explaining what you
can do with them.
In contrast to this OOo's menu items all have tooltips.

For those who don;t know what tooltips are:
If you move your mouse cursor on an menu item and let
it rest there for approx. 2 seconds then you will see a
small text display next to the cursor and item telling you
what this item can do.
