#16 Improve Drag and Drop

When dragging a page in the Activity frame (left window
containing the activity structure) from one Activity to
another one, doesn't lead that activity item to highlight.

Usually when dragging a file into a folder on any system,
the folder item is visually highlighted, so that it is easier
to see that the dragged item will be dropped into that
folder.
