#60 Only .lesson format files can be opened

When we like to open some presentation in another
format we cannot do it without a manual trick.
But that's not what we expect from the teachers, we
should provide at least the .sxi and .ppt format to
show that our program is capable of much more than just
dealing with .lesson files.
