less TablePager

Patched version of the "less" file pager (http://www.greenwoodsoftware.com/less/) for better viewing of tab delimited tables.
Adds two additional command line options:

-v, --variable-tabs=N
Always keep tab delimited columns aligned in the view at distance of N spaces

-H, --hold-line=[+-]N
Highlights line number N and always keeps it displayed. If the line scrolls off the view, show it in the first or last row of the screen.
When prefixed with '+' or '-', selects the line that is currently at distance N from the top or the bottom of the screen, respectively.
