I have an population with fourparents. You can see the cross design in the attachment cross.png.
Is it right for me to use the pedgriee file in the attachment pedgriee.png ?
P1 P2 P3 P4 and F7 indivaduals have been sequenced. Can lepmap3 handle this population？
If I use OrderMarkers2 grandparentPhase=1，the output of phased data is recording to which parent pairs ？ Pt1 and Pt2？
I have also similar question as @chenli. Would you please give us a direction to proceed with the linkage mapping analysis? Thank you so much for your kind support.

Dear both,
I think you can analyse such data as F2 by setting P1-P4 to grandparents, adding dummy parents and then F7 as offspring.
