Hello,
I know you're busy, so I'll be brief. However, I
should state that I am not a programmer or a
developer, merely someone looking for a way to set up
an easy to use interface for non-tech savvy customers.
LeopardCRM sounds like exactly what I need, if I
could "trim down" some of the actual interface
features. My question is is it possible to customize
the interface(s)?
By that, I mean I would like customers, who are
submitting "Requests for help" in the form of unique
and confidential 'support tickets'. The customer
really only needs to see a simple account
creation/login and edit/close/delete for any tickets
they have created. Additionally, perhaps they could
view an online response from the admin who answered
their ticket.
The admin end would see the customer as a "contact"
with that type data as well as the reason for request,
or "problem", along with a place to answer.
All this without other customers being able to view
others' "problem". Confidentiality is a must with our
needs.
I apologise for the lengthy letter, and I hope that
maybe in some small way my 'problem' will help you in
your development.
Thank you!
