Leonardo Library (LL-Win32-1.0-beta) first release

This is the first MS Windows beta release of the Leonardo Library (LL), a cross-platform C program development toolkit.

WHAT DOES IT CONTAIN?
The LL supports graphic user interface, thread, I/O, memory management, and more. Furthermore, it provides advanced data structures for solving efficiently a variety of computing problems.

MAIN QUALITIES
Light (331KB), well-documented, easy to learn, cross-platform (Windows and Linux), open-source (GNU LGPL license).

WHY ANOTHER LIBRARY?
General-purpose GUI toolkits typically provide no effective support for solving algorithmic problems. The LL aims at filling this gap, providing a unified framework for both GUI and fundamental algorithms/data structures.
