Hi all,

I want to know how to specify the paramter for the RM3 to do query expansion with Indri or Lemur, because the only indication for Indir is the paramter <fbOrigWeight>number</fbOrigWeight>.
what is the number to specify that allow to use RM3

Indri only implements RM3.

fbOrigWeight specifies the value of lambda for interpolating the value of the original query with the relevance model.

Hi Mr Fisher, i have some questions:

1) if we don't specify feedback paramters, the results obtained by indri still of the model RM3?

pseudo-relevance feedback is only performed if you specify a non-zero value for the fbDocs parameter.

Without PRF, indri uses query likelihood.
