Legong - Java IDE / News: Recent posts

A new version of the Java IDE Legong is available.

New in this version:

- Fixing bug with DOS-Box starting on Win98/WinMe
- Fixing bugs in saving and saving as
- Changed files have a "*" at the file-tab-name
- Open multiple files (multi-select in open-file-selector)
- Cut / Copy / Paste
- Undo / Redo
- Some edit commands (Select All, Delete)

Please note: You need a current version of the .NET Framework to run Legong

- Recent file menu (will not be saved)
- Toolbar
- Start DOS-Box
- Saving window state (size/position)
- Syntax Highlighting editor (from SharpDevelop Project) for Java, XML, C-Sharp, C++, PHP, HTML, TeX, VB.NET
- Using new version of Magic Library (1.7.3)

Please note: You need a current version of the .NET Framework to run Legong

The first release (V.0.0.1.0) of the Java IDE legong is released. This version provides only a very basic feature set and will be improved very soon.

Please note that a .NET environment is needed to work with legong.
