#10 ClassServer instabilities

The Jini ClassServer is a simple HTTP codebase server
in the starter kit. It seems to crash at times, which
results in ClassNotFoundExceptions when a class
download is attempted.

This is bad.

Put monitoring around it to figure out what's going on
and/or replace the thing with something less janky.
