#669 Taxform lists customers and vendors in "Vendor" column

When running a tax form report, the report lists amounts changed to customers and paid to vendors in the same report. That's no problem, but customers are listed in the Vendor column (of course, vendors are as well).

How about a "Role" column and renaming the "Vendor" column to "Company name"?
