New led.

A few bugs were fixed (one of which was quite a major annoyance and could cause your delete key to behave oddly), and some improved support for high-bit ascii characters was added.

The first release of led, a small text editor for unix.

I finally got around to it; led is in the sourceforge-provided cvs tree now.
