#26 Question windows can be closed w/o answering the question

Question windows at the client can be closed by the user w/o answering
the question. This should not be possible.

Solution: handle the window closing event accordingly.

Default close operation is set to do nothing. If the window manager doesn't obey
this rule there's nothing we can do.
