After a very long hiatus, dusted off the project to have a place to experiment with some AI ideas about rule learning. Implementation will now be in Ruby on Rails.
Switched to SVN, will use Trac for mgmt

until there is a learner 0.3 set of code, cvs is a good source
other code has been released as packages

Learner 0.2, sporting multi-user functionality, a streamlined API,
numerous bug fixes, and a seed knowledge base about computers,
will be released in 2-4 weeks.

In conjunction with the release, we will be moving the CVS tree
to SourceForge.

Shortly after that, we will be launching a production-strength
version of Learner. Stay tuned.
