Hi,
I am tryingt to install de LeanPM in Windows XP by using the Postgres DDB and the JBOSS 5.1.0.GA and even the JBOSS 4.2.3.GA and there is an error which appears on both when I try to start the jboss regarding Lean deployment.
Attached you will find the log. I don\'t know what to do. Could you help me out on this?
Rgds,

I looked at the logs and it seems that the JBPM part of Lean requires a DB2 client library. Could you please tell me which version of LeanPM you are using ? Is the attached log one from JBoss 4.2.3.GA or the one from 5.1. If it is the one from 5.1, please attach the one from 4.2.3.GA.
OK, I have the same setup (except for the Windows part) and I do not have this exception so my first instinct is that it is probably a configuration issue.
Could you tell me which datasource descriptor you added in your deploy folder ? Indeed, in the jboss folder of the LeanPM zip there is a lean-db2-ds.xml that should not be used. That file references the DB2Driver which is stated not to be found in the logs you sent. When JBPM tries to initialize, it access the database and this is where it tries to use the DB2Driver. Please only use the oniryx.lean-pg-ds.xml and remove any lean*-ds.xml from your deploy directory.

Hi,
I don't know what happened but I sent you a message saying that the LeanPM app is not showing up more errors when I create a new user, however when I try to to log in by using such a user the application says authentication failed. What do you think I should check on the configuration?

Hello Carlos,
When you registered, a validation email was supposed to be sent to you. Maybe the email setup was not right so maybe it did not get sent, or you did not notice it. This email contained a link to the validation that should enable you to activate your account. Did you see that email ? Did you click on the link ?
If you did, then it would be worth checking in the database what is going wrong. In the lean schema, you should see a person table. In that table, you should find your user. If there is no user, or the user has a non 0 validation code, you should try to register again. If you see your user with a 0 validation code, please check the password you are using. If your username and password are correct, then... we'll let's see if we get there ;-)
Now... you could also use the LeanPM online version that we are about to announce (tomorrow)... you can use it freely at http://www.oniryx.be/lean/
Tell us how it went.
See you,
Cedric
