#6 Add control chart

A very usefull tool to analyze a process, performance and responsiveness is a control chart (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Control_chart ).

It would be usefull to plot such a graph with the cycle time of one or more state of the kanban (maybe also per type or category).
Such a graph can also display persentile for the cycle time. Such a measure is very usefull when providing SLA.
