#12 Provide support for iteration planning

In order to prepare the backlog and give an ojective for an iteration, it would be usefull to have a view that sum up all the ordered items estimates in order to have a quick feedback on the backlog that we can target.

This could be done by having a special row containing the total until that row (that we can drag/drop as we want), or by having the possibility to add a calculated column on the table indicating the sum of the ETC until that column.

Such tool is not typically used in kanban, where we use the WIP of the column to limit the work. However, it is very usefull in an iterative project where we want to make a demo on a certain date.
