We can currently udpate the ETC. However, the maximum ETC is used to calculate the velocity. If by accident someone put 1000 in an ETC, and fix it to 10, the system asumes that we have achieved 990 hour of estimates.

Instead, we should have a way the possibility to see the intial estiamtes (or the maximum estimate) and to correct it.
