Can not delete the Bug Lane

#15 Can not delete the Bug Lane
When I try to delete the Bug Lane (one of the 2 default lane), I get a screen with the error :
Something bad happened :-(
Duplicate record
The lane is not deleted.
I did this before and after having deleteed the item types present in this lane.
I had the same error when trying to delete the state of this lane.
