- Make the team content function more worthwhile as a continuation, and
  much more similar to the universal content function.
- Add #FILE(...)# and #TEAM# markups to the team templates.
- Add $(TEAM) variable for the team #FILE(...)#, and $(LEAGUE) variable
  for both team and universal #FILE(...)# markups.
- Update documentation.
