Hello Ski,

I suspect a conflict with psh. Have you psh? If so, can you try running =
ldapsh with psh deactivated (set env variable LDAPSH_PARSER to ldapsh)?

If this works, my suggestion depend on whether you WANT use Psh or not. =
I don't. By the way, let me know the result of this and then we can go =
further.
