I think this is due to a misconfiguration of mi VIM editor.
I configured a TS =3D 8 and Soft Tab Stop =3D 4.

So, one indent =3D 4 spaces, two indents =3D 1 TAB.

Bad idea....

What do you usaually do?

For indentation of lines in the ldapsh script, there is a mixture of
space and tabs. Perhaps a single style should be chosen?
