#15 Cannot logon to LDAP server - Too many open links

The LDAP server I use do not require user and
password. I just enter host, port and base dn. When I
click the start button on index.php, I got

Bad host or port: <host name> , 389

Warning: LDAP: Too many open links (0)
in /usr/local/ldapnavigator-
0.9.6/modules/authent/logon.php on line 25

I confirm that I can access the LDAP server using other
tools.
