#15 Fix item order in Window menu

The first three items in the Window menu should have the same order as the buttons in each window's title bar:

Close - Minimize - Zoom (Red - Yellow - Green)

See Apple's Software Update.app (from the Apple menu) as an example to compare to.

So here Minimize should come first, then Zoom. And remove that dimmed "Item" here.
You might also want to move Close over here, too.
