[Ldapdns-devel] Referrals

I know this is the wrong place, but the ldapdns 2.00 mailing lists have
been dead so long.

How do you add glue to a referral in ldapdns 2.05?  The docs say having
only an nsRecord causes a referal, but I can't figure out where to add the
glue record?  Sorry if my DNS terminalogy is off...
