#13 Modify Listener Module to Support Multiple Host ID's

When we go to re-implement the replication module, one
feature which will be huge, will be the ability to push
replication traffic over private/dedicated/seperated
networks. If we modify the listener module to listen on
multiple ip's and ports, the plumbing will be laid.
