#6 Clean up LDAPCheck OK returns

When someone Runs LDAPCheck they get some errors
and some OK when they don't need to.

- Only run Proxy Check if user information is given
- Return a "Recommended Setting" the to the user so
they know what to enter where if they are unsure. Do
this based of data returned and data in the LDAP
server. Check What values are there and have it check
the comman settings. Maybe have them select the type
of LDAP server they have and have it tell them what
setting are used on that system.
