TLS1.2 support

This is a very nice tool but if I change the ldap setting olcTLSProtocolMin to 3.2 or 3.3 then will made the ldap admin tool cant connect to ldap server with tls or ssl.

olcTLSProtocolMin:3.1 is ok.
