When you hover the mouse over shadowExpire, it correctly converts the numeric value to a date, as the value is "Days after 1.1.1970". Hovering over shadowLastChange, the timestamp shown is the seconds after epoch.

However, the definition of both values is "days after 1.1.1970", so the date shown for shadowLastChange is wrong.

See man shadow:

date of last password change
       The date of the last password change, expressed as the number of days since Jan 1, 1970.
       [...]
 account expiration date
       The date of expiration of the account, expressed as the number of days since Jan 1, 1970.

Pointing with the mouse on shadowLastChange should show the correct date.
