Using a language file extends the "Encryption Method" list instead; e.g. MD5 appears twice.
Workaround: remove/rename "cbMethod" in PasswordDlg in .llf-file. (IMHO translations are not required for this list, anyway)
(applies to: v.1.7.2.0, Deutsch-1.7-Utf8.llf)
