#2 Cannot create Entry for OpenLdap2

Creating a schema checked entry fails when used with OpenLdap 2.0.11
The failure is triggered by &create_entry(\%hash) in edit_entries.cgi, presumable OpenLda v2 is
complaining about that attribues having no values at this point.

A quick fix would be appreciated.
